Kelly Powell is an Office Administrator at Addleman & Associates. She works directly with Anna Addleman, the Founder and Managing Director. In this central role, Kelly manages multiple company vendors and provides ongoing administrative assistance to our experienced professionals. She serves as a coordinator for the San Diego, Del Mar, and Orange County offices. She is tasked with keeping the offices running professionally and efficiently.

Mrs. Powell also assists with invoicing, collections, special projects and provides supportive encouragement to the entire team of professionals.

Mrs. Powell comes to Addleman & Associates with over five years’ experience as a Staff Accountant/Accounting Manager for a local Commercial Property Management firm, as well as 15 years’ experience as the Administrative Assistant to a San Diego nonprofit organization.

Mrs. Powell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of San Diego as well as a Certificate of Accounting from the University of California, San Diego.
